Robert Kohn, Chairman, CEO, CFO and Co-Founder has co-founded three start‐up public companies with equity and debt raised exceeding $400 million. He was President and founder of entrade.com (Energy Trading), a subsidiary of NYSE, Exelon- “EXC” www.exeloncorp.com, ranked as one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. Early in his career, Robert co‐founded a waste to energy start‐up, ORFA Corp. of America, which went on National Market NASDAQ. He was also Co‐Founder and CEO of Assettrade (now www.Go-Dove.com), a world leader in its market with over 1100 employees in 21 countries.
Bonnie Nelson, Director and Director of Business Strategy, Co-founder has a career spanning over 20 years of investment and merchant banking, Ms. Nelson has extensive experience in consulting and corporate finance for public and private companies. Ms. Nelson has been a director of the Company since September 2010, and has been integrally involved in the formation and development of this business. Ms. Nelson currently also sits on the Board of Directors of Allied Artists. Ms. Nelson has been responsible for developing many joint ventures and strategic alliances. She was the prior owner and CEO of the Wall Street brokerage firm, Vanderbilt Securities, Inc. from 1983-1990. At Vanderbilt, Ms. Nelson was responsible for taking companies public, OTC trading, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of joint ventures and strategic alliances for her clients.
Michael Dinkes, Esq., C.P.A. Director has been a Director of the Company since April 26, 2012. He serves as the Chairman of the Audit committee. Mr. Dinkes has been an independent C.P.A. in his own practice from 2008 to present. He has been a Senior Tax Partner of Lazar, Levine and Felix LLP from 1996 until 2008. He was the President and Chief Operating Officer of DHB Capital, an American Stock Exchange Company from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Dinkes has a J.D. from NYU School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Mr. Dinkes is also a C.P.A. He earned a B.B.A. from Baruch School of Business.
Dr. Neil Williams (Chairman, CEO, and President) is an internationally recognized scientist and environmental engineer. He is one of the original developers of the geosynthetic liners used at landfills and the designer of more than 250 waste management facilities. Dr. Williams is one of the developers of the G3P Gasification Technology, and has designed more than 100 gasification facilities around the world. Dr. Williams has a Doctor of Philosophy in Geotechnical Engineering (minors in Structural Mechanics and Mathematics), University of California at Berkeley, 1982.
Tom Roberts (Chief Operating Officer) has operated more than 17 solid waste management facilities, including collection companies, landfills, sorting facilities, compost plants, and thermal treatment facilities. Mr. Roberts is the Past President of the Construction and Demolition Recycling Association, and has developed the course materials for certification of landfill and recycling operators in Florida.
Mr. Benjamin Williams (Senior Vice President of Finance) Mr. Williams provides waste management and Waste-to-Energy project financial modeling and control as well as project administration and engineering support, with emphasis on overseas projects.
Mr. Joel Oppenheim (Chief Administrative Officer) Mr. Oppenheim has more than thirty-five years of experience in organizational development, human resources management; financial, and risk management. His responsibilities include all aspects of human resource management, installation and audit of project management and financial management systems, corporate information technology systems, insurance, and risk management systems.
