Robert Kohn, Chairman, CEO, CFO and Co-Founder
Mr. Kohn co-founded three start-up public companies with equity and debt raised exceeding $400 million. He was President of a subsidiary of NYSE, Exelon- “EXC” www.exeloncorp.com, ranked as one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S., and President and founder of entrade.com (Energy Trading) at Exelon. Early in his career, Robert co-founded a waste to energy start‐up, ORFA Corp. of America, which went on National Market NASDAQ. He was also Co-Founder and CEO of AssetTrade (now www.Go-Dove.com), a world leader in its market and a public company on the London Exchange. Mr. Kohn’s past experience with municipalities will be instrumental in getting the company’s patented waste conversion technology to market.
Bonnie Nelson, Director and Director of Business Strategy, Co-Founder
With a career spanning over 20 years of investment and merchant banking, Ms. Nelson has extensive experience in consulting and corporate finance for public and private companies. Ms. Nelson has been a director of the Company since September 2010, and has been integrally involved in the formation and development of this business. Ms. Nelson currently also sits on the Board of Directors of Allied Artists. Ms. Nelson has been responsible for developing and guiding many corporate turnarounds, joint ventures and strategic alliances. She was the prior owner and CEO of the Wall Street brokerage firm, Vanderbilt Securities, Inc. from 1983-1990. At Vanderbilt, Ms. Nelson was responsible for taking companies public, OTC trading, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of joint ventures and strategic alliances for her clients. Her wealth of experience in corporate finance and strong relationship building skills are crucial to the Company achieving its strategic objectives in the short and long term.
