  • Our Company | Our Business Model | Management Team | Corporate Structure

Our Company is a development stage company that has two primary business drivers:

    1. We have a global license for a patented one-step enzymatic biomass waste conversion process that converts chicken, human, hog and sugar wastes to ethanol, Class A fertilizer and other products. We intend to sub-license this technology to countries outside the U.S.A. and license to companies in the U.S.A. including municipal water and sewage treatment facilities and large corporations.

    2. We intend to grow biomass crops coupled with processing or conversion facilities to produce oils, biofuels, electricity and other biomass products.
